Amenities
Residents living in the Trinity Ridge agrihood have the option, not the requirement, to participate in an organic farm along with other amenities associated with the farm. This option requires a small yearly fee for all amenities and can be on a “preferred use" basis. The farm has the following amenities available for all residents:
-
Orchard: Includes a multitude of apple trees along with other “orchard” type growing such as pumpkin patches, etc.

-
Gardens: Residents can use the two designated areas for personal gardens and farms. These areas include nearly 40 raised planter beds for easier access.

-
Supporting buildings: Residents who use the farm have allocated building space available for storage of small farm tools and items.

-
Barn: Residents may have the option to have horses and other livestock per town ordinance. However, based on community preference, the barn may also have the flexibility to serve as a scenic community gathering building such as with Trinity Ridge. This form of barn usage can range anywhere from hosting weddings, baby showers, graduation parties, HOA meetings, etc.

-
Community building and event lawn: The community building offers gathering areas for residents only to use for themselves or book other events such as reunions, wedding receptions, etc. Here, the community building’s kitchen may also serve as a common area for residents to can fresh food from gardening.

-
Chicken Coups: Another popular piece of infrastructure for the agrihood is the chicken coup located on the farm. Here, residents have the opportunity to raise chickens and collect fresh, organic eggs daily.

-
Lakes: Three bodies of water are located on the agrihood land for the use of fishing or other permitted activities.

-
Woods: Natural green spaces and woodland areas are promoted on agrihood land for activities such as syrup collection, etc.

-
Trail system: Another one of the most prominent features of an agrihood is a series of walking trails cut throughout the property. These trails are exclusively for the use of its residents and are developed for the following uses:
-
Walking or jogging
-
Horseback riding
-
Biking or mountain biking
-
ATV, UTV, and snowmobile use for the purposes of transportation back and forth between points.
